Branding helps to portray the life and character of your company. Having professional branding is important because it represents who you are, what you do, how, and why you do it. It’s a visual cue that says so much. If a picture is worth a thousand words, your branding must be worth a whole lot more. 2. Sainte Marie
This branding project for a textile designer is clean, just like their textile designs. It’s great branding that shows off the designs. The emphasis on the A for Artisan also brings out the crafty feel.
We Love Graphic Design is a one day graphic design seminar in Denmark. With a name like that of course their visual identity is going to be great.
4. Delve ’13
This is the post-show package that students at the York/Sheridan Design school put together for their grad show. The theme was Delve as they were about to delve into new experiences outside of school and we love the way that they executed that theme with their branding.
This is the branding for La Distributrice, the smallest coffee place in North America. It occupies the smallest commercial space in Montréal and makes up for its lack of size with a strong, sleek brand identity.
Here’s some personal branding that we love. This business card design focuses on Laura’s skill set and she uses icons to represent her specialties and attributes. You can learn a lot about her capabilities just from looking at her business card.
The rebrand for this helps to tell a story of this brand. The colour palette that they went with alone with design and font choices give it a vintage parlour feel and keeps things elegant and girly – perfect for their product.
The colour palette for this branding adds a nice accent to the otherwise fairly monochromatic illustrations. It’s a great example of old meets new.
9. La Flèche
This branding is for a restaurant that features local products and small local prey. It would have a simple, relaxed atmosphere and this brand is clean and simple to reflect that.
10. Lucky 21
Bold and playful, Lucky 21 is a film production company that wanted to stand out as the enter the LA market. This is the bright brand character that they came up with and gives them lots of personality to shine.
This performance venue has a geometric branding style to it and that inspired the style for the souvenir book, invitations, and decor for their benefit dinner. The mask given to guests emphasized the theatrical theme by letting them take on the appearance of a chef and creative.
Bruce Mau Design came up with this new visual identity for OCAD University which uses a window concept that can draw attention to various things. It provides a framework on a logo where something new can fill the window each year. Learn more about this logo concept here!
