Back for its third year, summer pop-up Adelaide Eats is serving up delicious food to the downtown Toronto core, now until July 28th! The outdoor market takes place on the second floor terrace of Adelaide Place at 150 York Street and features delicious offerings from some of the city’s top restaurants and vendors. With everything from compressed watermelon salad to Indian-fusion burritos, there are tons of dishes to satisfy every taste. Check out the full list of vendors on the Adelaide Eats website.
We’re excited to return as a sponsor of this year’s market, providing the larger than life signage around Adelaide Place! The graphics were created using various types of vinyl – a durable material that comes in different varieties to suit the application, whether indoors or outdoors.
Signage plays in an important role, especially in a grand setting like this! The design contributes to the overall look and feel of the environment, and sets the tone for the event. In addition to aesthetic appeal, signage is crucial in providing necessary wayfinding information. It should be easy for attendees to locate your venue, especially if success is dependent on foot traffic.

Adhesive vinyl was used for the wayfinding graphics along the staircases, a vibrant solution great for the outdoors! The inks used were UV cured to prevent fading, and a temporary adhesive makes for easy removal after the month long event ends. Vinyl was also used for other elements throughout the market, including the eye-catching feature walls and tents. For an extra pop, the graphics were custom cut to create unique and eye-catching shapes.
Adelaide Eats is open Monday – Wednesday, 11:00 am – 3:00pm and Thursday – Friday, 11:00 am – 9:00 pm. Want to chat about your own large format project for the summer? Contact your closest TPH Branch today!
