Alzheimer Society of Toronto: Walk for Memories 2017

TPH is proud to return as a sponsor of the Walk for Memories in support of the Alzheimer Society of Toronto! This year’s event takes place on Saturday, January 28th, 2017 at a new location – the Metro Toronto Convention Centre.

The Walk for Memories is a 2K fundraising walk bringing together over 1,500 individuals who have been affected by Alzheimer’s and other dementias. It’s a family friendly event that celebrates life and is a great way to honour those impacted by the disease.

The Wall of Memories

The Wall of Memories, powered by TPH, is a way to honour and celebrate the people you’re walking for. The display, which will be on site on walk day, showcases photos and stories about loved ones that have been affected by Alzheimer’s disease.

Who are you walking for? Upload your submission before January 18th and it will be printed and displayed on the Wall of Memories on January 28th. After this date, you can also bring your photo and stories along on walk day to post on the wall yourself!

TPH will be in attendance on walk day to cheer on those joining in the fight to end Alzheimer’s. There will be music and entertainment along the way, and we’ll have a booth set up for the event. Participate in the Walk for Memories and come together to support those affected by this disease.

Can’t participate in this year’s walk? You can also donate to a participant or team. Find complete event information here.
